You are solely and entirely responsible for any content you upload, submit, link to, or otherwise provide through the Service, including but not limited to videos, photos, audio recordings, URLs, screenshots, text prompts, and any social media links or handles (“User Content”).

AI models can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated information — including but not limited to fake creator handles, incorrect statistics, non-existent references, or misleading trend claims. You must independently verify any factual claim, handle, statistic, or recommendation before acting on it. FG Media Viral Studio is not responsible for actions taken in reliance on AI-generated output.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant FG Media Viral Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to process, transmit to third-party AI providers, and display that content back to you for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use; however, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users and that AI-generated content is not necessarily eligible for copyright protection under applicable law.
